Gold potatoes, Soy-Free Earth Balance Buttery Spread ( vegetable oil blend -palm fruit, canola, safflower, flax and olive oils; water, contains less than 2% of salt, natural flaovr, pea protein, sunflower lecithin, lactic acid and annatto extract ), Fresh Dill

Potato & Cheddar Cheese Filling:
Gold potatoes, Cheddar Cheese (cultured & pasteurized milk, salt, enzymes, annatto color), Onion, Unsalted Butter (cultured, pasteurized cream), Salt.

~Cooking Tips~
We at Old World Gluten-Free feel that the best way to heat our pierogi is to saute them in butter or oil from their frozen state, on medium heat, for about 5-6 minutes on each side in a non-stick frying pan, until browned perfectly.  Be sure to put a lid on the pan so that the pierogi are heated all the way through!  (If you do not use a non-stick pan, just make sure you have enough grease on the bottom so the pierogi won't stick!)
- The pierogi can also be steamed with excellent results for a softer texture.  

~If you choose, an alternative would be to gently boil them in about 1 inch of water (just enough to cover them) until heated through (about 6-7 minutes).~

~A creative idea that works well also is to bake them in an oven  at 425 degrees for about 15 minutes, until slightly browned.~ 

~Don't forget to use your favorite toppings such as sour cream, fried onions& bacon, seasoned bread crumbs & butter, your beloved sauce, or just more butter!~
*We like fruit topping or sugar with sour cream on the Sweet Cheese filled pierogi!*
